The image with DRAW_FILLING is from another indicator. This is a publication design error from @Nikolay Kositsin. Or he inserted the wrong indicator code into the publication.
The question still remains unanswered. I need a link to the code of the indicator that draws a picture as in the beginning of the topic.

This morning I created a topic in the general discussion, where I asked the community to help with the identification of the indicator by the picture in the beginning of this topic.
But the topic was demolished and I was told to follow the link and be happy.
Therefore, the question remains open.

I wrote to the administrator yesterday. There was no reply. Today asked passers-by who knows where Servelat who saw. But they said that single pickets are forbidden. And got 3 answers that everything is fine and there is no mistake.
