unable to withdraw funds?

Could someone please assist as maybe i am doing it incorrectly. However, when i select PayPal nothing happens?

Hi, In the last few days MQL5 has "locked" my funds and won't allow any withdrawals. I have sent a message to them but no reply yet...

Thank you, I did read this on the 20/08, just thought this problem would have been resolved already...
