Verification process is fully automatic process for now (it is fully automatic with few exceptions).
So, no
one from MQL5 team should respond to you.
If you are doing everything is correct right way - you will be validated, if not so - not.

i wonder what kind of documents are needed for verification. i have tried all kinds of cameras to take photos but still dont meet the wanted quality. looks like there are enough sellers so the requirements to become one are now tough.
can you immagine the verification is even automatic, no one has to review your efforts you are only helplessly submitting documents to some
computer system to review them....really unfair

Hello, my application to register as a seller in the market was rejected several months ago and since then iam not allowed to re-register and submit the documents again. i have tried contacting the service desk but they do not reply??
what could be the problem.
