Hello, CC:Sergey Golubev. Last time you told me to let you know if it happens again. Well it has happened again today. Since the last time, I have only been logging in to mql5.com using one device to try and avoid this error from coming back but it has happened again. One common thing I have noticed is that it usually happens on Mondays right after I get credited with the rating bonus. Kindly assist. Thanks in advance.
 
I need time to find our conversation in PM, and to understand who fixed it last time for you (and what was happened for example) ...
 
All I can suggest to you is the following: you ask the service desk to fix this issue.
 
Our last discussion was in a forum post which was deleted. Account has as of now been restored though. Thanks.
