Hi!

How do i Send a E-Mail to MQL5?

Because I tryed the Service Desk and i also tryed to call this number +31 30 369 0501 but no one to help me pleas if some one know how i can get help pleas hlep me.. :-(

I dont know how to put this but the problem is that i purchased a EA from My MQL5 and the EA is mt4 and am using Mt5 how can i solve this problem??? if u have an idea pleas help me????

I decided to create this thread to help to myself and to the others to start with Metatrader 5...
 
And if you bought MT4 EA so you should use it with MT4 only (in most of the cases).

Servicedesk can change the version (if available on the market) if the wrong one was not activated yet. I had a customer who successfully did that via servicedesk.
