Logo invalid format !

Hello sirs. I try to upload logo for an EA on market exactly same parameters 200x200 jpg format and it does not work. Return message: invalid format. Anybody suggestions ?

Make it the right format then ;)

It can't be a jpg or png....check image format again and save it as jpg or png and of course 200x200 to make it work...else i don't know whats wrong

So what was the problem?

I converted from unnatention to a format which is not valid for upload.
