Hi, i have bought an EA in a website, but the suscription is for one year. Can anyone copy this EA code and do a new one exactly the same but without limited license?

Assuming that you don't have the source code, No.
You want to eliminate the subscription — you are a thief.
Ask the owner of the source code to give it to you or have him fix it for you.
De-compiled code is stolen
code. Either you are a thief, a fence,
or the receiver of stolen (intellectual) property. Either way we will not be an accomplice after the fact to that
theft.
