the same account exness with 2 account MT5, same server but "signal copying for 'EURGBP' is prohibited" , "position EURGBP skipped as no symbol found". I dont understand this problem. the master account is 1:400 and the copy account is 1:200
What do you mean same account?
Do you use the same broker/server type as the signal provider?
If not, then your broker don't use the same symbol and it can't be mapped correctly as Sergey already pointed out.
Make sure that you have EURGBP enabled in MT4/5 >> View >> Symbols.
