MT4 support was stopped by the company so no new feature will be added.
We will have new builds but for some fixing only sorry.

I think that meant the development part of it like maybe no more updates but not that brokers will stop using it.

Mql stoped selling mt4 for new brokers  but not supporting, mt4 is too popular platform.

Metaquotes already stopped supporting the MT4. Nevertheless, brokers continue to market it as the main platform.
