This is not correct. I cloned my drive and inserted the new drive. My activation of about $1000 disappeared.
I contacted support and the idiot told me that I have 4 activation left and why would a regular person need more than 2 or 3 activation ?
The fact is, I paid for this and this should my discretion how I use my activations.

Hello. Recently, my MT4 platform has been freezing up constantly when I run the strategy tester. I'm not sure why. My broker's server recently changed (same broker/<broker name removed>) so that could be it. Also, I recently changed the parameters on the max bars in history setting but I have since changed it back. Every time I run strategy tester, it crashes and I have to use the Task Manager to shut it down. Any suggestions?
My main question is, if I cannot fix the freezing issue and I decide to reinstall the MT4 platform, will that impact the number of activations remaining on an EA that I recently purchased since I will need to reinstall that as well?
Thanks in advance.
