Close Job through Arbitration

 

hi i m waiting for the customer he is not responding from many days at last i click on arbitration button and then click on right side to Complete Job. but i have no idea what is going on.

should i wait or do what . any one have an idea.

If you are waiting for the moderator of Freelance service to come to your thread with reply so sorry ...
Freelance service is moderated by admins, and admins are on the service desk.
And the forum (and we as the forum members) have nothing to do with Freelance and with your case sorry.

well, I would recommend, have patience and move on.

focus on new job.

remember, customer's fund is locked by system automatically, thus without closing the work properly, nobody gets the fund.

Worst case, you can click the "complain" button on the job description.


Just focus on new job, soon enough the customer will come back to you.

Focus on closing properly for all side's benefits.
