Can I cancel my purchase before 7 days and take back my money?

For the price and the positions in the market, I guess what kind of expert you have purchased. I have a question, did EA have any monitoring of online work?

No, it didn't have live signal monitoring.

My money is locked for 4 day and then it transfers to the author of expert.

For signal subscription it's possible to cancel the subscription for 24 hours.

I suggest opening a ticket for the Service Desk.

They administer all financial transactions so they are the only instance that could help you to cancel your purchase.
