Try to test you EA in a different computer. This can give you more clues if it is something with your HW, MT5 instance or your code.
Also, try to test it with a new fresh install of MT5 in the same PC you are facing issues.
As Alain suggested, you can attach your code here for other users test and try to replicate you problem.
