SMS not sending to phone. Does the "Server Desk" really exist?

Im trying to deposit to pay for an EA, but I have to confirm my number.....over and over and its not sending a code to my phone. Service desk message has been sent and no response.

Is there another service out there that I can use?
 

same problem here trying to cash out don't get a msg from sms or telegram last 4 days.

 

It was the similar thread in rus part of the forum, and some reply -

How to confirm the phone in the profile, if the SMS does not reach ???

The problem with the Telegram was solved by installing it on a PC. The code did not arrive on the mobile device, but came to the PC.
