There is the thread with discussing of the possible issues with MQL5 VPS for MT4/MT5 - https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/286257 And the log files (Virtual Platform Logs) are necessary in case of the discussion about possible fixing and to understand about what happened.
If the issues will exist (for example - if your trading a server during some period of time) - you can move your trading account to the other VPS server (you can do it once in a week for example).
This can happen in any server for some ms, synchronize your MT4/5 working environment and check your MQL5 VPS journals again.
