How are PR Values of Agents calculated?

How are PR Values of Agents calculated, and how often are they refreshed, and what might influence them?

The reason I ask is now I've installed the agent on several pieces of hardware, My highest PR values are on my slowest PC!

For example one core on a quad core Xeon I have has a PR value of just 45, with another at 90 and the other two around 100 whilst all four cores on an i5 are over 150. I also have an 8 core i7 with values scattered from around 90 to 120.

Yet when I run my own backtests using these devices as a local server farm I don't even include the i5 as it is relatively slow and each core of the Xeon gets through about three times as many tests as a core of the i7.

So in short a bit puzzled why the PR value seems to be totally opposite to the the result one would expect based on CPU power and also the reverse of the empirical result I see when used locally.
