paid for signal on mql5 but get "Signal - to subscribe not enough money"

Hi I have successfully subscribed and paid for the signal, the signal was working well on my desktop MT4, then I decided to set up MT4 on VPS, so I unsubscribed from signal on my desktop computer and successfully subscribed to the same signal on my VPS. However the following day i had to perform server maintenance and unsubscribed from the signal again, Now I am trying to subscribe to the same signal a day later an I get an error messga saying "Signal - to subscribe not enough money". Can I do something to resolve this ? The signal is paid for 1month, however I am not able to use it. I would really appreciate if someone could help me.

you need not unsubscribed the signal.
