Just a double check of, in my opinion, the most important task of any moderator after check rules, i.e, to make sure we listen to members' needs.

Detailed answers and active participation are very important!
 
Yes ,detailed answers ,and actively participation ,patient about repetitive ,are the most important things ,coz the most important thing for moderators ,is to be always ready for the new members ,coz they are most needed for help ,advice ,and guidance in here ,specially coz this field of science is so sensitive ,coz the mistake here it effects the money.
