no admin response

 
Hi guys
I apply for arbitration, because the customer does not respond within more than 1 week
but apparently from the admin there was also no response,
where else should I complain about this problem?

admin, please help me
I do some work
some of my customers disappeared somewhere and never appeared,
what should I do so that my work is paid for. there are even jobs that I have sent mq4 and only 1 step left, and done.

My programmer pulled out mid way through a project. I had to put in more dollars to get the job done with someone else but I have 200 dollars stuck arbitration. No response from service!!! 
 
Developer is vanished and not responding, please some one help me.
 
Yeah, I was hoping there is at least an automatic "timeout" (max. 1 or 2 week) in case of arbitration.
Those who do not response shall get what is requested on arbitration.

Otherwise the system is BROKEN and USELESS for both sides, developers and customers.
