I am talking about the results from the demo. The demo account I use just involves the spread the broker charges.

I am just asking when I set my EA to trade EURUSD on my Demo account while I am asleep are the trade results pretty much the same as if I traded with my live account.

And i just told you this depends on the demo account.

If your demo only takes into account spread and your live account changes you $7 commission then no the trade results will not be pretty much the same.

And there is a difference between trades and trade results.

So if you want pretty much the same to a live account you could use a micro or nano account this is a scaled down version where 1000$ is equal to 1000 cents.
