To solve this problem you have to add two addresses in the all the exclusion lists. Please do this:
1. Go to Settings/Protection/Web-Antivirus/Advanced settings/Configure trusted URL's/ and add:
c.mql5.com
mql5.com
2. Go to Settings/Protection/Web-Antivirus/Advanced settings/Manage exclusions/ and add:
c.mql5.com
mql5.com
3. Go to Settings/Additional/Network/Manage Exclusions/ and add
c.mql5.com
mql5.com
This works for me.
I solved this issue with the AVG antivirus.
in the exception section in setting, I put the folder "C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 5"
