Automatic Stop Loss to Positive

I was looking for but I didn't find it, so I am turning to you.

Expert:
When I enter the deal manually.
Processes open positions sets TP and SL.
After SL is in positive numbers.
Shifts SL to positive numbers.

Does anyone have it?
