Backing Up Profiles on MT5

Is there a way to back up all the profiles and setting on MT5

So if my Hard Drive gets corrupted, I can restore and the platform is exactly as it was before?

I am not sure about templates and the setrtings, but all the indicators and the EAs can be restored from the storage.

You can copy the data folder onto a USB stick for back-up
