URGENT Password leaked

So I wanted to change my password and went on setting then received that 4 digit number from InfoSMS on my phone to confirm my identity then I succesfully changed my password no problem till this point.

Then after 20 minutes I receive again the same four digit code from this Latvian number [phone]

I texted them and called them Latvians but got no response.

I have attached helpful screenshots too.
