You may try get it from ICM, just open a demo account there.

Download the MT4 from your broker's cite.
MetaTrader has stopped supporting the MT4, therefore you may only download MT5 only from them

Try to download Metatrader 4 for Windows, and it seems to install an MT5 version... Cannot login to any IC Markets accounts as it does not allow the servers to be entered when logging in
Is there a fix for this?
