** MT4 Connection Issues **

I keep getting disconnected from my MT4 platform. It's not the broker, it's on my end somehow. I have perfect strong internet and I just keep getting no connection errors. I feel it has something to do with my security settings or something. Also, an annoying error that even Windows Microsoft support couldn't fix is I get "Windows could not automatically detect this network's proxy settings". I am connected to my internet and can do everything else just fine, just cannot connect to MT4. It goes on and off. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
