In this page I have read, almost at beginning: "Crossing of a certain level is considered to be true if the bar is fully completed. That is, you trade using only completed bars.".
What does exactly mean ? What does a bar stand for ?
In commenting the first pictures, always showed in this link, I found some indicators levels, for example "H_PCH" but I am not able to locate them.... could you help me ?

Hello to everybody;
I am new of trading on line, even though I know very well computer science and programming; because my goal is to write an automated MQL5 trading robot, I am asking you tutorials which explain from scratch how to place and monitor a trading order, what bars are and why are necessary and so on.
Any help and indication will be very appreciated
