non related spam for forum

i am getting this warning on my laptop while on PC there is no warning 
can any one guide what might be the reason and what can i do to prevent this 
which operations can be limited
 
* i didn't post on forum since long time
 
Please remove cookies and log out and in again.
 
How are you posting on the forum if you can not post on the forum?

If you are at home having dynamic IP (or you do not know about your IP ... in anyway) - you can do the following:

  • switch your laptop off (shut down);
  • switch your router/modem off.
  • after that - open/switch modem and laptop ON.

In this case - your IP address will be changed, and everything will be same as on your PC.
