Hello i tried to download the history EUR/USD 1Min but the download was from 2000 to 19/10/2019  why not up to today?

It depends on the following:

• MT4 or MT5;
• and depends on the broker (the data/datafeed is not centrilized, and the brokers may have their own feed).

In this case - it depends on the broker.
Because Metatrader as a platform can download anything, but what to donwload and so on - it is related to the broker you are connect your MT4 to.
