Indicator that repaints is because they depend on the current data price.
If you are a programmer and didn't want your indi to be repainted, you need to shift the received signal at least one bar backward.
But if you are not a programmer,
you need to use a back-test to check whether the indicators will be repainted or not. Yes, back-test may not be reliable but it is a good ways to see a "live moving chart" instead of "dead chart". Oh, btw, if someone advertised you with a "dead chart", do not trust them (lol).
