Indicator purchase will not install

Just purchased an indicator but after logging in via metatrader and clicking the install button nothing happens, any idea what the problem could be

Your broker has currency pair names with a suffix (see brackets). The error is in an unsuccessful attempt to open charts for non-existing currency pairs without suffixes.

Sorry maybe not been to clear, its not the chart windows that wont refresh but the indicator in the tool bar at the bottom that just wont do anything after i press the install button
