You're kidding right?.. I have never got a reply to multiple questions as to why they won't accept my ID , just gave up in the end, will use MyFXbook instead

If you follow through EXACTLY what is said in the instructions, you will be approved in no time...

I did it in less than 5 minutes...  With my 5-year old cellphone... And got approved.

So I suppose you screwed up somewhere in the steps...
