Simulate trades on live account - possible?
just back-test from live account if you have data or ask for that
Run EA on live(real) account and you'll see if you loose all your Money or it's a good working EA :) or simulate using third party programs with high quality data
Use the MT5 Historical Tick Data , and add constraints and delays in your code :)

Yes, of course, EA can open virtual deals with virtual TP / SL, why not?
For example, orders can be drawn by graphic objects on the chart.
