Any one who can help me with this Following Issue (EA Robot not placing Orders, Error. Trading Disable error 133)

Error 133 is "Unbalanced braces (no "}")

Closing ")" missing for "if" statement (and instead , is there) (also "=" should be "==")

Please don't confuse Compile errors with Run-time errors. They are two completely different error types. On MetaTrader v4, which is what the OP is using, run-time error 133 is indeed "Trade is disabled" as the OP has stated.
