How to identify which EA is running on my VPS mql5 ?

But you can check Virtual Platform Logs (VPS journal) just to see about EA(s).
Besides, if you synchronize the charts with EAs attached to them (and only open chart with EAs attached are able to synchronize) so you will have an idea about which EAs are running ... besides - you can see open/close trades on your account.
