I paid $ 10 virtual vps not working.Experts are not syncing either.Whats problem?
 

What VPS log files are telling about it?
Because everything should be written on VPS log files (except some global issues).

Just some information (what the technical eam may ask in case you will write to the service desk for example) -

You may check the logs ... besides, there are more limitation: for example - EA with using dll will not work on MQL5 VPS for MT4/MT5 

Attach your EA to the chart, and synchromize once again.

You can check log files (rwo log files) just to understand about what was happened: Virtual Platform Logs (log files will be necessary in any way).

The service desk is working with financial issues only.
And the technical issues should be discussed on the forum.

And everything should be written on VPS log files - you can check log files.
And check the code of your EA: if your EA is calling dll in any way so this EA will not work on VPS.

By the way, it is the weekend and the market is closed, EAs do not work during the weekends, and some brokers are making the maintenance of their servers (for weekends).

Your EA should not work when your PC is on.
Because your EA must work on VPS, not on your local computer.

If the issue will continue on Monday so let me know on this thread - and I will contact with the technical team using service desk.
But they (MetaQuotes) will ask VPS log files and more information anyway.

Synchronization was made on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

There is no operation at vps for 1 week.


 
I worked the first week I rented, then didn't work vps.
