Duplicate MQL5 payment :(

 

Hi, I accidentally executed the same purchase twice.

Obviously, I already own the indicator so I don't need another one. How can I request a refund to my account?

Meanwhile I still can't download the package... I'm tempted to hit F5 again but I suppose this is the wrong spot for that :(
 
I just closed the two Explorer windows that popped up because nothing was happening...
