Why I can't report issue to:

a) mql4?

b) mql5?

In case that I trying to click login on mql4.com then I'm redirected to mql5.com

You made soo big mistake here on mql5.com that is amaizing..

Before mql5 was integrated with mql4 we search in google "mql4 some bug", and we get result around mql4, now ..we see results with both, specialy if we looking  "mql5 some bug" we see mql4..

There is so missunderstanding in this all now.. as mql4/5

I am surprised they did not reply that it is something wrong with google.

If you are trying to log to mql5 portal and can not so use "Forgot Password" link here https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten 

if you are trading to login to your trading account in Metatrader and can not so ask the broker you opened this account with.

Soo this is this some domain.. what was wrong with mql4?

As I wrote.. looking mql4 and forwarderd to mql5.com.. looking mql5 discovering both.. mql4 and mql5..

This is clear. But missunderstanding around organisation of flow information and searching.

Many new ppls around mql don't know what was in mql4 and is this mql4 or mql5 in searching.
