Potential gap in the market for an ambitious developer.

Retail traders require a robust double entry accounting system that can import broker statements, calculate basic taxes (with options for tax rates etc) and other statistical functionality.  I have searched for such an application and as far as I can see it doesn't exist.   If such an application already exists, please let me know; if this type of application doesn't exist, I'm sure the demand exists if an ambitious developer decided to create then supply the product.

I can program a robust EA and that's my limit.  I will definitely consider the freelance option after I've written a coherent specification.
