I don't understand what is the little blue sign is?...also, how to adjust it? What little blue and red lines are...when do signal starts...what is "delayed" signal?...any explanation?

Hello. I like the idea, but on my MT4 it seems that does not show any level. I can see the logo and other labels but nothing else.
