Can't log into my desk top or my mobile device. Can only log into the web terminal. My other devices keep stating "Invalid account."

Are you perhaps mixing MT4 with MT5?

If you are using the Web terminal, it is more likely that it is a MT5 account and that means you have to use the MetaTrader v5 terminal or mobile app and not the MT4 (or vice versa).

I have MT4 on my lap top and Mobile devices.

Yes, but what was the demo account type that you created via the Web terminal - MT4 or MT5?

I Think that might be the problem.

You can just delete the old demo account and make a new one.
