I asked before but any forum moderator had trouble with my question and delete it without any rason

I asked before but any forum moderator had trouble with my question and delete it without any rason

I deleted it by accident (sorry Deevog), I thought it was some signal promotion again.

As far as I know yes, these are broker/server times.
