EES Velocity:

Velocity = High-Low / Time. Time is changeable to minutes, hours, or days. Seconds is the default. In physics, Velocity = distance / time.

You lost me on this one but I'm willing to learn!

So in simple terms if the velocity increases over time than when it is above average in extreme it will return back to average?
