Convert MT4 indicator to Metastock formula

I have an indicators that I use on the Metatrader 4 platform (MT4). I have attached them in this post. Here is what I am hoping for. Can somebody please take these indicators and convert them over to the metastock format? I have Metastock . I would really appreciate this and thank you in advance for your time.

1. I am not a coder but as far as I know - it should be source code (not ex4).
