You can usually still use data from an indicator if you only have the ex4 file.

If the indicator was coded properly to support iCustom calls, then you can use the ex4 to create an EA otherwise you may have to recode

Sometimes if the indicator is using objects like, trendlines etc.. You can get the unique name of the object and use it for entries or get the values produced when you open the data window.
