icustom on calling showing on chart but on print nothing comes.

Hi All,

I have recently purchased an indicator online, and it has no input parameters. Trade signals are up & down arrows, buy on up and sell on down arrows.


I used icustom to call this indicator to get up & down arrow. On testing I found only sell trade works fine although up arrow appears on chart & data window but no trade. In order to check i printed the down & up arrows values on journal. In the journal only down arrow values are printed nothing on up.


Any idea, why up arrows are appearing on chart and data window but not printed on journal, down works fine. I tried to email seller but there is no response from him.
