SendMail not working

Hi,

Although SendMail works very fine when I test it in the Metatrader menu (on my Gmail account), it doesn't work at all on none of my 9 EAs. 

How should I approach this error?

Well, I know this very well :) 

The problem is that it doesn't work on the LIVE account. 

And I don't know where to start to troubleshoot this.

1. Have you tried to send a test mail?
2. What does the Journal-Log say?
3. Are the terminal(s) on a vps or your local pc?

The problem is that it doesn't work on the LIVE account.

Check the settings (tab "Mail") of your terminal, whether there is the address of your mail server.

1. do you Check your return codes for errors, report them?
   
2. IIRC 2 per second 10 per minute maximum.

Dear all,

Thank you very much for all your suggestions and ideas.

It seems that the mistake was 100% on my side: I've set up perfectly the mail server on my laptop, but not at all on the desktop - which is the computer running the EA's on the live account. 

I apologize for this rookie mistake :(
