You have to login with a demo or real account in order to get rid if this message.
Close the chart and relogin to your account once again, after that - open those charts again.If still problem - check internet connection, if internet is fine so contact with the broker.
Is the market for the stock open? You will get that on new charts if the market is not open until there is an update.
For Bitcoin, your broker may have the symbol but not supply the data anymore. Some brokers have dropped support for it after last December crash.
You will get that permanently for futures contracts that expired.
Also, are you getting Stocks or CFDs on Stocks? Some brokers don't offer both.
