How do you test the indicators or robots? Thank you to explain me if you have time.

I noticed that when I backtest a scalper the results are fantastic but when I actually run in demo, the résultts become catastrophic. 

I think it comes from the ticks simulation system tester MT5. 

And you what do you think?

i think some robot authors doit on purpose just to sell their EA , i hope everybody would be honest..

Indicator = whatever demo or real it is an indicator and if real just record the results

EA = both Demo for Period & Backtest  for longterm
