As a seller in this market, Do sales methods need some improvements from the site builders?

I see that there are more limits. like: 

- The Refund option.

- The ability to sell the old versions.

- The updates shall be (free or paid) as the seller decides.

- The promotion code that gives a special offer for unique customers.

- One day or Few days free live access.
